This training course gives an overview of different leather types and their suitability for leather garments. The workshop offers an understanding of designer quality expectations versus cost; this will include introduction to pattern cutting and general garment construction. Delegates will develop an understanding of garment construction, gain the knowledge necessary to feel confident sourcing leathers and build an understanding of labelling, customer problems and complaints. This course is ideal for designers, managers, sourcing, buying, quality and retail staff.
